1. Definition
1.1. The Azores Book Signature Club is the exclusive loyalty program of the Azores Book Hotel, owned by Hotel do Livro, Lda, offering special benefits to its members.
1.2. Membership in the program is free of charge, intended for individuals aged 18 and over, and is done through registration on the official website www.azoresbookhotel.com.
1.3. Each member receives a personal login and password to access their personal account, which are personal and non-transferable.
1.4. Members agree to keep their personal data up to date on the program's platform.

2. Member Benefits
2.1. Members of the Azores Book Signature Club enjoy the following exclusive benefits, valid for bookings made directly through the website www.azoresbookhotel.com:
a) 10% discount on stays (applicable to standard non-promotional rates);
b) Welcome gift of a regional D. Amélia queijada (Senhora do Mar);
c) Azorean tea and Nescafé coffee available in the room during the stay;
d) 10% discount on the hotel SPA services;
e) Free access to PressReader, offering over 7,000 digital newspapers and magazines from around the world during the stay;
f) Access to the hotel library, with over 5,000 books available for on-site reading and, in some cases, for temporary loan.

2.2. These benefits are personal, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other promotions, vouchers, or special rates.

3. Terms of Use
3.1. Benefits must be requested at the time of booking and/or check-in, with member identification.
3.2. The Azores Book Hotel reserves the right to request additional information to confirm member identity.
3.3. Communication with members will be carried out via email, including the sending of promotions, updates, and hotel news.

4. Changes and Cancellation
4.1. Hotel do Livro, Lda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Azores Book Signature Club program, in whole or in part, and commits to providing notice of such changes on the website at least 10 days in advance.
4.2. Membership can be cancelled at any time by the member, upon written request.
4.3. The company reserves the right to cancel the membership of any participant who misuses the program benefits.
